Fixed a permission issue with the VM image on the server (sorry!).
Added another two sets of workunits to the queue, although we still have a fair amount of work remaining as it is, so that's a good sign.

It looks like we have an additional 30% processing power from new users this week. The next batch of work will need to be substantially larger to keep things running for the majority of the week.

I'd say that 30% is a low estimation considering the wus disappeared so quickly ..

Now that a larger number of Gridcoin users have joined after whitelisting the number of wus will have to increase significantly.

There's certainly been a rather large uptake all of a sudden.
I'll be taking measures to allow me to dispatch more work during the week, rather than only on Wednesdays.

Thanks Sam, we should have warned you but we don't 'beat our own drum' normally try and show a bit of humility ..

Not to be pedantic, but is there any work for this project? My client logs keep saying no work available.

If you read through the recent threads you'll see work has been released by Sam each Wednesday... However... SOME FOLKS decided to list the project on Gridcoin without letting Sam know in advance so it completely offset and then some the extra work Sam had released last Wednesday...

The project has just recently gone to a production stage. If you're expecting continuous work availability you should go with another project because we're not there yet and it may be a whiles yet. However, if that's not a priority, feel free to stick around and crunch what comes along.

I'm still waiting for a few other folks to finish splitting the data in to 100mb slices rather than the 10mb slices we're using at the moment.
When they come out, I expect work will be a lot more continuous.

See, I told you that 'Bennyhanna' wasn't just a typo. That's why he was willing to work so cheap. You just can't beat the real Benihana to properly slice your stuff.

Now I want Japanese...
